Ingredients
  

  • 1 green apple – fresh unpeeled (Granny Smith preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar – with “the mother”
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – preferably Ceylon
  • ½ cup cold water or ice cubes – optional
  • Juice of ½ lemon optional

Method
 

  1. 1. Wash and slice the apple. Leave the skin on for fiber.
  2. 2. Add apple chunks to blender with ACV and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Optionally squeeze in juice of ½ lemon.
  4. 4. Blend with cold water or ice until smooth.
  5. 5. Strain if desired and serve immediately.
