Method
- 1. Heat ½ to 1 cup of filtered water until warm.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
- 3. Squeeze in the juice of half a fresh lemon.
- 4. Stir in a pinch of cayenne pepper or freshly grated ginger.
- 5. Mix well and drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Start with small quantities of ACV and spice if you're new to it.
Use a straw or rinse your mouth afterward to protect tooth enamel.
Feel free to add raw honey or turmeric for variations.
