- 1. Prepare a clean glass or jar.
- 2. Pour in 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar.
- 3. Add the juice of half a fresh lemon or lime.
- 4. Pour in 1 cup of cold filtered or coconut water.
- 5. Optionally add cayenne pepper or grated ginger for metabolism support.
- 6. Optionally sweeten with honey or stevia.
- 7. Stir the mixture thoroughly and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
