Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • Juice of ½ a fresh lemon or lime
  • 1 cup cold filtered water or coconut water
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or grated ginger
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey

Method
 

  1. 1. Prepare a clean glass or jar.
  2. 2. Pour in 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar.
  3. 3. Add the juice of half a fresh lemon or lime.
  4. 4. Pour in 1 cup of cold filtered or coconut water.
  5. 5. Optionally add cayenne pepper or grated ginger for metabolism support.
  6. 6. Optionally sweeten with honey or stevia.
  7. 7. Stir the mixture thoroughly and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
