- 1. Warm 1 cup of filtered water until comfortably warm.
- 2. Stir in the apple cider vinegar (unfiltered, with “the mother”).
- 3. Squeeze half a lemon into the warm water.
- 4. Add the cayenne pepper and stir well.
- 5. Mix in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
- 6. (Optional) Add grated ginger, turmeric, or cinnamon for a booster.
- 7. (Optional) Add honey if preferred for taste.
- 8. Stir thoroughly and sip slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Start with a small amount of cayenne and increase over time.
Use a straw to protect tooth enamel.
Cycle off the drink after 14 days for 3–5 days.
