  • ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger ½ tsp turmeric, dash of cinnamon, 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. 1. Warm 1 cup of filtered water until comfortably warm.
  2. 2. Stir in the apple cider vinegar (unfiltered, with “the mother”).
  3. 3. Squeeze half a lemon into the warm water.
  4. 4. Add the cayenne pepper and stir well.
  5. 5. Mix in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  6. 6. (Optional) Add grated ginger, turmeric, or cinnamon for a booster.
  7. 7. (Optional) Add honey if preferred for taste.
  8. 8. Stir thoroughly and sip slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
