Description
A natural Brazilian remedy made with green apple, raw apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon. This traditional mounjaro recipe supports digestion, metabolism, and natural weight loss.
Ingredients
1 green apple – fresh, unpeeled (Granny Smith preferred)
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar – with “the mother”
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – preferably Ceylon
½ cup cold water or ice cubes – optional
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and slice the apple. Leave the skin on for fiber.
2. Add apple chunks to blender with ACV and cinnamon.
3. Optionally squeeze in juice of ½ lemon.
4. Blend with cold water or ice until smooth.
5. Strain if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Always use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for best results.
Drink on an empty stomach for maximum benefit.
You can freeze apple slices ahead for convenience.
Avoid adding sugar to preserve the recipe’s natural effect.
